For every £1 you spend on our website, your account will be credited with 1 loyalty point.  Each loyalty point is worth 2p and can be redeemed against future purchases, so you in effect receive an additional 2% discount to our already fantastic advertised prices.  

There are some terms and conditions, which we have outlined below.

• 1 Loyalty Point is earned for every £1 spent
• Loyalty Points are earned on the complete order value excluding any delivery costs
• 1 Loyalty Point is with £0.02
• Loyalty Points can be redeemed once you have accumulated a minimum of 20 points
• Loyalty Points remain valid for six months from the date they are applied to your account
• Loyalty Points are credited to your account automatically once your order is dispatched from us
• Loyalty Points are only earned by purchasing online through our website

Please note that the Loyalty Points system is entirely automated for online purchases only.  We cannot manually add or remove your loyalty points, because of this they cannot be earned or redeemed through telephone orders.

As the loyalty point scheme is operated by our web hosting software, we reserve the right to cancel the scheme should our hosting provider ever change.  If that does happen, we will do our best to forewarn customers so the points can be redeemed in advance of the scheme being taken offline.
