Winterising Package - Blue Horizons Granular Shock, Winter Algicide and Floating Dispenser

This is a complete winterising package for your swimming pool consisting of:

• Blue Horizons Granular Shock 5kg
• Blue Horizons Ultimate Winter Time Algicide 5 Litres
• Blue Horizons Floating Dispenser 1.5kg

Granular shock is added to the water to super-chlorinate it prior to winterising, and the Ultimate Winter Time Algicide is added to prevent algae build up and staining during winter. 

The 1.5kg Dispenser can be left in the pool water over winter to provide a trickle dose of chlorine into the water to help ensure the pool water is clean and clear when it is opened in the Spring.

The dose rate for Granular shock is 350g per 5,000 gallons (22,000 litres) to increase the chlorine level by 10ppm (mg/l).

The dose rate for Winter Time Algicide is 5 Litres treats up to 15,000 gallons (68,000 litres) of pool water.
